The Garden in 2018
I can't believe it's July and I am just getting around to updating the blog!! However, with the weather in the UK at the minute there is not much happening in the garden so it seems like a good time to do it. We have had a VERY wet Spring and a VERY hot summer - the temperatures are in the high 20 Deg Centigrade and predicted to be 33 Deg Centigrade on 26th July (tomorrow).
So Let's go back to Spring and photos from May:

Of course we also need to introduce the Courtyard - note the addition of the Log Store -an early Spring project!
Moving on to July when the heat starts to take it's toll - we water the vegetables and the baskets but nothing else. Also using the water from an underground cistern and water butts whenever there is any rain.
